Narrated by actor Tim Balme, the series follows teams intercepting contraband and suspicious characters trying to slip through the country’s security — catching everything from cocaine-lined suitcases to live tropical fish. For over two decades the show has been a Kiwi TV staple, with a mix of suspensful and oddball encounters. Produced by company Cream Media and later Greenstone TV, the show sparked similiar shows overseas.
